This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The left side has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
I came to think that as I had a bunch of pictures of churches lying around, I might as well upload them here as stock. Can be used for everything from creationist brochures to outright blasphemy.
Why do you think it is that many people try to ridicule the beliefs of others in order to validate their own faith. It's as though insulting peoples religious faith - or lack of religious faith - somehow makes them more secure in themselves. Because they've got all the answers. Why can't we try and respect each other? To find things we have in common, things we love about our fellow man? Why this constant baiting and scolding and hate? Is it impossible for Atheists and believers to coexist?
I don't know. I also don't know why some people think that believing in something supernatural is anymore different than having other opinions. It's like they think that they have the right to be excempt from criticism.
Why can't we all try to provide some sort of commonly accepted evidence for our opinions? Why this arrogance? Is it impossible for Atheists and believers to coexist?
One day I would love to live in a world where no one felt the need to criticise each other. The kind of world where Atheism did not seem so vulgar a thought that some Christians insist on labelling you all sinners. The kind of world where a guy like me doesn't have to be ridiculed because people have had some bad experiences. Do we really feel that badgering others will result in a common truth? By saying that people are stupid for holding their opinions you only militarise them. Fostering the assumption that they are being attacked. Which they are. Because the truth is that religion carves a line in societies, I am right and you are wrong, I am blessed and you are an infidel, God will reward me and punish you. It's the same story in almost every country you care to study. People use the figure of God to justify their primal, illogical need to hate. We need to stop doing this to ourselves. Tell me, where has jeering religious people gotten anyone? Has it made them better people to know that they have spat on everything someone else holds dear? And that televangelist, do you think that condemning Atheists and Agnostics and Muslims to hell has enriched his life? We are so bitter, so like children. Someone has to stop the madness and create a sense of what UNITES us. Of how we share a common desire for the betterment of humanity. All men want peace, all men want the freedom to find that peace on their own terms, free from illogical hostility. The road to enlightenment comes not from calling for other opinions to be banned, or by proclaiming others to be idiots and simpletons. We must see that we are different, but love each other for our differences. For every rotten apple humanity produces, there are hundreds of other ripe fruits to be harvested. Our shared hope for peace makes us a whole, but our faith blesses us with the gift of individuality.
I am making the assumption you run The Daily Atheist, and if that is so first off let me say I am an avid reader and supporter of your blog. Thank you for the favorite on my piece, I am rather glad you liked it. I hope you keep doing as you are. --Creed of Shadows

Liked your pic indeed. Didn't notice the marching at first, but laughed a lot when I saw it.
